What to send us in your first message

You will get a price faster if the message includes the right details. For a car or a bike, send the make, model and year, plus the Ah rating or plate count of your current battery if you know it. For a UPS, send the inverter size and the number of hours of backup you need. For a solar system, send the panel wattage and the inverter voltage. Add your city so we can quote delivery along with the battery price.

Orders and delivery

Once you confirm an order we send you the total, including delivery and any exchange credit for your old battery. We share dispatch details on WhatsApp so you know when to expect the courier or our rider. If a delivery is running late, message the same number and we will check the status.

Warranty and complaints

Warranty claims start with a message on 03192070022. Send the invoice or order number, the date of purchase and a short description of the problem. If the battery is holding no charge, tell us how the vehicle or UPS behaves, since that often points straight at the cause. We will explain what the warranty covers in your case and what the next step is.

If something has gone wrong with an order, tell us directly rather than waiting. Most problems, wrong size, late delivery, a damaged terminal, are fixable in a day or two if we hear about them early.

Bulk and dealer inquiries
