TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to every order placed with Buy Battery through buybattery.net, WhatsApp. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order exists once we confirm it in writing on WhatsApp with the product, the final price and the delivery time. Until then, an inquiry is just an inquiry. We can decline or cancel an order if stock has run out, if a price on the site was listed wrong, or if the delivery address is outside the area our couriers reach. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any exchange credit we have agreed for your old battery. Prices can change without notice, but the price we confirm for your order is fixed for that order. We accept cash on delivery in serviceable cities and bank transfer for the rest. For bank transfer, dispatch happens after the payment shows in our account.

Delivery

We quote delivery times in working days and we meet them most of the time. Courier delays, weather, strikes and road closures are outside our control, so a delivery estimate is not a guarantee. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be present to receive the order and check it. Inspect the battery in front of the rider or courier. Report a cracked case, leaking acid, a bent terminal or the wrong model to us on 03192070022 the same day, with photographs.

Old battery exchange

Exchange credit is based on the weight and condition of the battery you return, and the scrap rate on the day. If the returned battery is a different size or in worse condition than described, we will adjust the credit and tell you before finishing the transaction.

Warranty

Every new battery carries the manufacturer’s warranty for the period we state at the time of sale. Keep your invoice or order number, because a claim needs it. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover physical damage, deep discharge, overcharging, incorrect installation, use with a faulty alternator or charger, water or fire damage, tampering with the terminals or vents, or a battery used for a heavier load than it was sold for. Replacement or pro rata credit is the remedy under warranty, and it is decided by the manufacturer’s testing.

Returns and cancellation

Cancel before dispatch and there is nothing to pay. Once a battery has been delivered and connected, we cannot take it back as a return, since a used battery cannot be sold as new. Unused and unconnected batteries in original packaging can be returned within [3] days if you tell us on the day of delivery, and the return delivery cost is yours unless we sent the wrong item.

Our liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of income, damage to equipment, or other indirect losses arising from a battery failure or a delivery delay.

Website use

The text, product descriptions and images on buybattery.net belong to us or to the manufacturers whose products we sell. Do not copy them for a competing store. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather sort a problem out over WhatsApp first, so message 03192070022 and give us the chance.

Changes

We update these terms occasionally. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
